Uzbekistan’s ancient and varied landscape is matched by its local life, culture and oriental cuisine.The famous Silk Road traversing Uzbekistan in the past, made it legendary for the trade and production of cotton, silk, jewelry, and ceramics for centuries. If you have 14 days to travel around Uzbekistan, you’ll want to see the best cities and touristic attractions, so you’ll need a   Great Silk Road trip. This itinerary will take you to the top of Beldersay Ski resort, into cities as Ancient Bukhara, Samarkand and Khiva, along the Kyzyl-Kum desert, and inside the jam-packed Chorsu Bazaar. It will show you from its historical Royal routes and have you wandering the desert Town Moynoq, then participating local activities. It will also invite you to taste real Tashkent “patir” (national Bread), “Osh” (Palov) and see Ship Cemetery for yourself, all in a fortnight. You will have the opportunity to see the first-hand traditional techniques used, from the farming of silk cocoons to the weaving heirloom carpet.
